Safety Equipment Australia Pty Ltd is a leading international supplier and manufacturer of superior quality respiratory protection products. Our company is based in Warriewood on the Northern Beaches. We are looking for a full time permanent office all-rounder who is proactive and gets the job done as our new Office Administrator / Sales support. The role will include but is not limited to:

• General office administration
• Managing phones and taking messages
• Reception duties
• Mail responsibilities
• Purchasing office supplies
• Travel bookings
• Preparation of sales quotes and Sales order entry as required
• Organising kitchen and catering
• Other various tasks as requested from the team

This is a role where we will develop the necessary skills and provide on the job training for the right candidate to work within our Quality Manual guidelines. To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• A polite and professional approach
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Able to work with low to medium guidance
• Basic to Intermediate MS Office skills
• An exceptional eye for detail and accuracy

Hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and undercover parking is available.

The successful candidate will understand the need for a flexible approach to a wide variety of work, with high attention to detail and understand what it takes to go the extra mile.
