Compressed air filter

Description:
Compressed air filter used to clean ordinary compressed air for safe breathing.

Also suitable for cleaning air supply to pneumatic tools and instruments that require pure air.
Use:
Use between the compressor and the output device, e.g. a respirator or air tool.

Function:

Stage 1: Coarse particles (oil, water, dirt) are filtered out in the pre-collector.

Stage 2: Air moves through a high efficiency particle filter.

Stage 3: Main filter removes gases, vapours and odours.

Stage 4: Air moves through a second high efficiency particle filter.
Filters/cartridges:

Particle filters: Class P3
Main gas filter/cartridge: Class A3, containing 500g activated carbon
Inlet: Single inlet, 6–10 bar
Outlets: Two outlets, 4–8 bar
Maximum flow rate: 900 litres/minute (SR79/1)
1,800 litres/minute (SR79/2)
