The AlphaTec 66-330 model 151 & 156 model is also certified to ATEX for use in explosive atmospheres. The suit has been additionally tested and found to fulfil the electrostatic dissipative (“antistatic”) requirements for use in explosive atmospheres of “ATEX” European directive 94/9/EC and EN 13463 Part 1. The test was done by the German test institute DEKRA Exam Gmbh in Bochun, Germany. Certificate No: 12 EXAM 10684b6.
AlphaTec 66-330 model 151 & 156 is besides ATEX also certified to the European standard EN 14605 type 3 (i.e. liquid tight) and the material is antistatic according to the European standard EN 1149-5.
